Paying for yourself

Many of our patients do not have private medical insurance and choose to pay for private treatment themselves (people are often surprised by our competitive prices!).

From a consultation or scan to diagnostic investigations, minor or complex surgery you can opt to pay for your own medical treatment because it’s fast, affordable and convenient.

TRUSTPLUS meets strict national clinical standards and provides a full range of support and back-up facilities.  You can be assured of receiving the highest level of medical care and customer service.

Follow the following 5 steps and you could be receiving treatment quicker than you think:

1. Find out the cost of the treatment

Before you receive any treatment privately, please call for a quote on 0208 869 3099 or email  With many of our procedures available at a fixed price, you can be assured that there will be no unexpected bills.

In order to help make the decision to pay for private healthcare easier, we have produced guideline prices for some of the most sought after operations as well as those operations that are currently unavailable on the NHS. To see these guideline prices just click here.

2. Getting a referral

Most medical treatments start with a referral to a specialist from your GP. However you can self refer for a number of treatments and book appointments directly with the hospital.

3. Seeing the specialist

Your specialist will decide whether you need some tests, a stay in hospital or treatment that can be carried out as a day case. Once a treatment plan has been suggested we can let you know how much your treatment will cost before you go ahead.

4. Arranging treatment

Whether you require a simple outpatient procedure or need major surgery you can access treatment when it’s most convenient to you.

5. Paying for treatment

You can pay for your treatment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.
